Sandra Morgan has proudly called East Cleveland home for the past 18 years. A tireless advocate and community member, she has dedicated decades of service as a volunteer and as a board member for organizations focused on fiscal oversight and responsibility, cultural enrichment and education, and international economic development and diplomacy.
With a career spanning the business, nonprofit, and education sectors, Sandra brings unmatched administrative expertise and a commitment to transparency, accountability, and collaboration to the City of East Cleveland.
At Kent State University, she developed strategic partnerships that advanced research and innovation while creating internship and job pathways for students. Her leadership roles at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland, the Greater Cleveland Growth Association (now Greater Cleveland Partnership), and the World Trade Center Cleveland reflect her lifelong commitment to driving meaningful change and economic growth.
Sandra believes East Cleveland deserves strong, proven leadership—and she is ready to put her experience to work for the community she loves. With a focus on partnerships, progress, and people, she is prepared to help usher in new opportunities for East Cleveland.
